Please let me introduce myself. I am Joe McVeigh from Hospitality-Coach.US, a restaurant hospitality and service consultant. I specializing in Hospltality and Customer Service. As we both know, we have one chance to impress our customers. As with any business, continued customer satisfaction is the goal.
Over the years, I have been involved in many capacities in the restaurant industritality as General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and all production positions. I have worked in full-service restaurants, bistros, fast food, and pizza.
As a result of these experiences, I have developed a solid understanding of both sides of hospitality and customer service. I have developed several service checklists, which I use to note and evaluate, from a customer view with a management eye, the overall customer service. I will present myself as a customer in your establishment, purchase a meal, evaluate the service and the food, and report my experience to you in written or verbal form.

Hospitality at Carry out and TO GO restaurants is even more critical today than ever.
Our patrons are looking for more than your fine food or the special of the day. They're looking for gloved and masked employees greeting them with that warm welcome, that feeling of acceptance.
They are looking to see that you and your employees are being as safe as they are or even safer.
Now is a perfect time to update your Speaker system (drive through and carry-out) so that your communication with your customer and you is free of distortion, and your employees are aware of their communication skill sand aware of their speaking volume.
It is imperative for your customers to be heard and not interrupted.
Allow them to place their order with as few interruptions as possible.
